Home Watch

Property Tenders, LLC will complete a 20 minute walk through checking for lights left on, locks (windows/doors), and leaks. Property Tenders will not be using any video documentation for this service. After 20 minutes of walk through additional charges will be applied at a rate of $1.00 per minute.
